"I was disgusted when I entered the room and saw a dime sized brown spot on the chair. I believe it was chocolate, and I was able to turn the cushion over, but it should have reported by the person who did it. If not that, the person that cleaned the room, it made me feel the room was not cleaned properly. I will consider staying elsewhere next time. I reported it to the front desk asking to have the cushion changed, but all they said is they would tell the day shift. There was also no clock in the room, which although not neccessary, is something I would prefer to have."

"Front desk was nice and polite on check-in. The Hotel and room where much cleaner, and felt more secure there than other hotels in the area in same price range. However, there was no hot water. Mentioned this on checkout. Front desk was very rude about it, and mentioned it was a known problem. I feel like that information could have been pasted along upon check-in."
