Additional Notes:
1. NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc) inside the property. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is detected indoors, a mandatory fee of $500 will be charged to cover specialized deep cleaning and deodorizing. Please do not leave butts or trash on the deck, porch, or in the yard.

2. The downstairs bonus room is still under renovation, as is the laundry room. Both are currently being used for storage. The bonus room has a sofa and offers a quiet space to get away or work. The laundry room has a brand new Samsung steam washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your use. Please do not touch the stored items in either of these rooms. Also, keep the door to the laundry room and the bonus room closed at all times or it will affect the temperature in the rest of the house.

3. Finally, while we love making the house available for however many people you'd like to have over, please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. We request advance notice if you will be having an event or party and the number of people invited. Keep the noise level down, wrap it up at a decent hour, and don't do anything that would require a visit from local authorities. Remember, leave the place better than you found it!
