Just like going to Grandma’s house. Home is super clean. Surrounded by beautiful trees and land. Amazingly quiet. 15 minutes from college town. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Property and will be utilizing again

The property was very clean, in a quiet area and literally minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium. The rooms were cozy and very well set up. The owner was very accommodating and easy to talk with. I could not have imagined a better experience or a cozier place to stay when taking in a FSU Football Game.

Peaceful Visit

A few friends and I came into Tallahassee to visit for an FSU game. This property was perfect for us because it was a short drive from campus and we liked that the house itself had privacy with its location (beautiful land -- perfect for pets, although we didn't end up bringing ours this time around). The property manager was easy to get in touch with and flexible with check-in arrival / departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Filthy

When we got there we killed a roach first thing. Beds were dirty, floors were dirty, toilets disgusting, long-term filth around toilet like they hadn’t been wiped down in months, refrigerator full of old food. The last straw was when a huge roach crawled out of the only bag I had brought into the house and put on their floor. We had to pull off the road to get the roach out of our car. I don’t like to and have never left a bad review in my life of staying at many rental homes but the owner’s lack of even responding to me about this is just disrespectful. I want to save someone else the trouble and “ick”. I was completely ignored. They also advertise as a bed and breakfast, which is misleading. We didn’t care if we got breakfast served so that wasn’t a big deal to us, but someone else may be deceived by that because it should not be advertised that way. No breakfast was ever offered. It was near the airport so I’ll give a star for that, but that’s it.
