Logan Martin Lake- 3/2 waterfront home with breathtaking views and calm waters

This home has some of the BEST views on the lake. Stationed in a large cove just off the main channel, the sunset views are breathtaking all summer long. It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina.
The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.
Life jackets and various floats available for complimentary use. Lily Pad available for additional fee.

This home is in a great location about 15 minutes from Pell City which offers a few dining options and basic shopping. It’s a quick 45 mins from downtown Birmingham, and just under 2 hours from Atlanta. It is also an 11 min drive by road to the popular fishing tournament destination Lincoln Landing. Talladega Speedway is 12 mins away. Talladega National forest is under 20 mins away.

Great stay on the lake! The location is amazing, quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a view. The home is comfortable and clean with a nice great room to gather. The hosts made life vests and some floats, as well as board games, available which made it so easy to just arrive and enjoy!

Perfect retreat spot!

It was a great spot for our Warrior Bonfire retreat! Quiet, beautiful, not too far away from town, clean, and had everything we needed in terms of food preparation. The host was super responsive and friendly when answering our many questions!

Labor Day Get-away

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, paper plates and cutlery, bagged ice in freezer, granola bbars and even Blue Bell ice cream! The boat dock was very nice with a good ladder for climbing out of lake. and the owner provided floats and water toys. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

House was better than described--should include a picture of the deck that runs the length of the house and overlooks the yard and lake! Perfect size for 6 adults and 1 baby. Kitchen accesories were better quality than a usual VRBO.DD coffee, charging outlets next to the bed; Meyers soap in the bathrooms; plenty of trashbags, dishwaster soap, beach towels, etc! Great dock!

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

Pictures do not do this lovely lake home justice. It's absolutely beautiful and in a great central location with the most amazing sunset views right from the living room! We brought our boat and was able to put in from the dock on the property, and it was so nice to be able to put the boat in the lift overnight. Home was clean and spacious. The host was promptly available and very helpful with our questions We would definitely recommend this home, and look forward to staying here again in the future...thank you so much!

Everything you need

Place was conveniently located with proximity to interstate, making traveling into town a 15 minute task. Marina that rents pontoons was a 5 minute drive away. The sun rises in the master bedroom windows and sets out on the lake making it built perfectly if you like to wake with the sun and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the water. Host was easily reachable and helpful. Having a driveway/ boat ramp was very convenient. Dock has boat ties built in-just need ropes which was a convenience I didn’t even think of. House itself was comfortable and clean. Will stay again.
