"We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, everything was exactly as described, and it had all the amenities we needed and more. Francesco’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and we especially appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding. The home was comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time there. It exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommend!"

"WritingWe had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The property was gorgeous, peaceful, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights was getting to see deer in the backyard area on the other side of the fence, which made the experience even more special. The host was very responsive whenever we had a question and was accommodating throughout our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!"

"If anything, the host is underselling this property! The cabin was way better than advertised. Clean? Clean is an understatement. "Spotless" is more like it. The kitchen? Fully stocked with literally anything you need to cook, and the extra long island was great for prep. The hot tub? Perfectly maintained and wonderful to relax in. I got to beat my wife in a game of air hockey! It is a big property with plenty of room to park and maneuver vehicles. We literally could not be happier with our stay!"

"We stayed 2 nights. We got to see the wild horses, stallions, mares and babies walking thru the forest. We also experienced a herd of Prong Horn Antelope walking and playing, All this was watched from the back deck of the property. We went to Willow Springs Lake and caught some awesome trout too! L&E from Sun City, AZ"

"We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars!The location is fantastic for the Overgaard/Heber area — convenient, peaceful, and a great home base for exploring the area. The property itself was exceptionally clean (and I mean really clean!), which we greatly appreciated.We used the home as a combination work and vacation getaway, and it was perfect for both. The internet speed was excellent, and there was plenty of space to comfortably work during the day and relax afterward. At night, we especially enjoyed settling into the living room, watching a movie, and having a fire in the fireplace. The cool evenings made that especially enjoyable.The kitchen was also very well equipped — we honestly didn't find ourselves wanting or needing anything. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were comfortable, making for great nights of sleep.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The combination of the location, cleanliness, comfort, space, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We found it pretty amazing to have running water, showers and a away from the bugs where we can hang out. Traditionally we do tent camping but we found this to be pretty amazing and would like to continue."
