"We had a great time with family at this property! This property is beautiful and offers a lot! It was clean and nicely decorated. There is area to spread out and places to come together. It is secluded, off the road and behind an electric gate. There are trails to explore, the gardens to peruse, the pool to relax (and view from the pool was amazing), the pool table was a hit for our crowd, and we had a few take advantage of the gym on the ground floor of the Apt. There was also a large room with round tables and chairs, also on the ground floor of the apt building across from the pool, which could be helpful to some groups. We did all our cooking, serving, and eating in the Cottage. We also found that the outlets in the kitchen did not work, but we were able to adjust to other areas to plug in the appliances we needed to cook for our crowd. The Cottage had the best area for sitting around and playing games. The view from the kitchen/great room was beautiful, same as the pool. There was plenty of fridge/freezer space between the houses. There are kitchenettes in between the bedrooms and a sitting area (with futon) and a bathroom for each of the 3 floors in the Lodge. There were 2 large fridges in the main Lodge kitchen, 1 in the Cottage, and 1 on the porch, 1 in the Apartment, and 1 in the gym. The property is on well water, but filtered water is available from the large kitchen fridges. The owner was quick to respond to the questions we had, and offered solutions."
