"The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked the front desk and they assured me that it would be done, the next morning I realized that nothing has been done, I called the front desk again and they sent a staff to fix it which he couldn't, after sometime he brought another coffee machine which had the same problem, and finally they ordered me a coffee from the bar. When I was leaving, the manager approached me to apologize and explain the difficulties the hotel is going through and when I checked out she had a small gift for the inconvenience I experienced."

"It is a tiny and cozy hotel. We stayed in the Penthouse on the 5th floor with kids and also another room on the first floor in the main building. The rooms were very clean and cute. It is short walking distance to Istiklal Street. Very convinient to stay as family or alone. "
