"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill. Parking offered from venue across the street. Bathroom had a full soak tub with a powder room, and a segregated toilet. room. Beds were comfortable and big. Rooftop pool was a joy to experience, with heated guardrail-less pools that have stone chairs built into the pool overlooking Beppu and the mountains. Onsen was decent, but could use a servicing to remove lime scale. Will be back again"

"Everything was great! We loved all the amenities such as free ice cream, Yakult, laundry and more. The staff was very kind and helpful. The eight private onsen were also all amazing although at time there was a long wait for them. "

"Staff members are so nice! I was very happy because even though we were late for the breakfast time they kindly served us. Hotel is very clean, modern, and convenient. I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Again this service was the top level of high standard of Japan generally. "
