"The location is good, breakfast was good with lots of varieties. The only problem was that the safe deposit box was not working. I asked the staff twice to fix the safe deposit box, but it didn't get fixed 😕. "

"never go to this hotel ever, We had booked a night with them, since tajikistan government didn't issue a visa. I called and asked them to reschedule to another date or reimburse something. Them being greedy, took the money deposit without even trying to accommodate the patrons. Stay away from them, there are better hotels around the area "

"I was there with my fiancé and they told me that she couldn’t be with me and that they were not even gonna allow her to stay in the same hotel so we begged her to allow us because I’m an American and he says OK. Let me make a phone call without even telling me anything. He charges me for another room and charges me more for two nights than I was paying for three nights and doesn’t even explain anything. He just gives us two keys for two separate rooms on two different floors, which was kind of an insult and I was not happy about that, but he didn’t disclose the charges either until after I was checking out. The breakfast was disorganized we kept asking for stuff and it was just the staff was not very proactive. I feel ripped off and insulted and will never return back to this hotel again."

"Property under renovation, main corridor had a work crew hammering and drilling all day during my stay. The room was not cleaned once during my four night stay. Toilet flushing flow broken, had to keep the bathroom door closed to block out the water flow noise at night. No wifi in the room."
