"We arrived at 6pm for Check in & even though there was a note on the door to say it was open, it was locked & no-one came to greet us. The yard was very messy & there were lots of cats everywhere. We left to find more suitable accommodation."

" Nice spacicous rooms. One problem was the heat. No aircon. The outside temperature was particularly hot, 39°C. The room fan helped but other areas were extremely warm. Still like this hotel and will stay again in the future."

"We had a wonderful holiday at Gîte Poiriers!The communication was excellent, and Francine and Bruno gave us a very friendly welcome with delicious cookies and a lovely bottle of rosé. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was provided: the garden is nice and spacious, and there was plenty of play equipment (balls, ping-pong table, pétanque, hammock).The swimming pool is also excellent, and it can be neatly enclosed for small children. The kitchen is also fully equipped. It's a charming gîte with beautiful authentic details.A perfect place to completel unwind!"

"Perfect for overnight stop en route South or North. Lovely lady (owner?) Rooms recently decorated and so so so clean...bathroom spotless. Restaurant on site...was able to sit outside. Formula evening menu which is great when you don't want to spend too mush. Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast, the lady owner constantly re freshing items on breakfast buffet, tidying and wiping the surfaces. Thank you for a great stay."
