"Nice, warm and tidy."

"Basically a rundown Bach that's seen little to no improvement, except maybe seen a lick of paint. If you like Indoor Camping, then perfect, otherwise you'll be disappointed. Heating inadequet, heater shuts off after around 4 hours in middle of night, even when timer disabled or set to 8 hours. Incidentally no instructions how to use heater remote control, I had to ask Mr Google. Really only suitable for mid Summer. Needs a proper Heat Pump. Parking poor, needs a 5 point turn or more to turn...

"Rooms were COLD, but once I found the heater, that helped. Access is down a long drive which is drive in / Reverse out, especially when the neighbour positioned their rubbish bins at the edge of their drive to stop anyone using it as a turning space! Finding the house could be helped with better street numbering at the end of the drive - the number is on the letter box which is seen when heading in the opposite direction. Very quiet at night and the ability to park off the road was good."
