Pepe Estuary Paradise overlooking Golf Course
This is a large two storey home with 4 bedrooms, a gym room and it gives out directly onto the tidal stream which is perfect for a paddle board or kayak. We are located on reserve and a lovely loop walk which takes you through the golf course and right to town to the numerous cafes and restaurants.
If you love a peaceful location, an outstanding outlook over mountains and the stream and a central location close to the town, beach and many walks, then this is the right property for you.
