A unique absolute waterfront cottage on the beautiful Pepe Estuary in Tairua. A rare opportunity to be able to kayak and paddle in the shallow estuary from the convenience of the front garden. A short walk on a scenic pathway to town and its vibrant cafes and eateries. Walk the other way across boardwalks and the river to the golf course for a game or two.
Bird lovers will enjoy watching the kingfishers, herons and shags from the lovely garden grounds.
This peaceful retreat offers two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (UK king size). There’s two shower rooms (and outside shower) stocked with towels, hairdryer and toiletries..
A cosy wood-burner will keep you toasty in winter as you huddle round the fire or out on the covered patio enjoying the spectacular sunsets and sunrises.
With thoughtful touches throughout such as teas, coffee and lots of little extras, this wonderful home invites guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

As we have a neighbour and it’s a quiet residential area we ask that you only book the house as a peaceful retreat and sanctuary
We don’t permit the cooking of strong smelling foods e.g curried food and fish in consideration to the next guests and cleaning procedures
We kindly ask that guests switch off lighting and the heatpump when they are not in the property and use both considerately when occupying the home
