Second rate hotel
This is not a good hotel, and how it gets such good ratings is beyond me. It's clearly outdated and badly in need of a renovation. Our room had a bad smell which we could not identify. The lights in the room seemed to be binary: either all on, or all off. A control panel on one of the night stands had separate buttons for each light in the room, but these all just turned everything on and off, so we struggled to see what the point was. The location is OK, being close to MRT stops. But that's really all this place has going for it. This is a second rate hotel, and wasn't worth the price we paid. Didn't try the breakfast, but when you're in Taiwan, you should really eat local breakfast at local shops or stalls.

Okay for a day stay
Service is great and staff is super friendly. I got a room that had no windows and the bed was a bit firm. The room also smelled like someone smoked in it before. Only the left speaker on the TV worked. The shower looked great, it had nozzles for the head, 2 for upper back, and 2 for lower back; however the ones for the back didn't work.

The only reason why I chose this property is because I needed to be in that vicinity for work, and that it’s quite affordable. The rooms are quite spacious. Other than that, I don’t have many other good things to say.

The hotel for every tourist
Definitely worth staying at! The room is huge enough for 3 person with adequate space to open 2 large luggages concurrently. Extremely love the bathroom - comes with built bathtub with jacuzzi function and shower area with built in sauna function!

Check in was easy,. Staff was friendly. Our hotel room didn't have windows, but was large and comfortable. Our bathroom had a bathtub with Jets and stand-up shower. Breakfast is included, which was a delicious mixture of western- and eastern-style foods. The hotel felt safe, too. The one negative is that the property is older, but not unclean.

Wedding Anniversary Staycation
Hotel staff are very friendly. They also helped ua communicate with our drivers who doean’t apeak english. The hotel room we had was absolutely wonderful and clean. The food was very delicious. Wifi in the room is also okay. :) Overall, we really had a wonderful stay. ❤️

Location is okay and check-in was quick service. Breakfast is nice but those waitress always try to teach customers to do this, not to do that and etc., loudly no matter customers understand their language or not.

Old smelly rooms but the hotel staff are great!
The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive but rooms are old and in need of renovation. Two single beds pushed together is not a Queen Bed! Carpets are filthy in the rooms.

service is friendly, location is good, but most time there is NO internet access for my room. Even though technician who said he could not fix it & asked me to join the next room's wifi, most time you can not find that wifi available. The safety box is not working either. Breakfast is not good.

Bad Hotel With Stale Breakfast
The location of the hotel is very poor and very far from the metro station. The breakfast was absolutely pathetic and had very few western options. On top of this the food was stale and recycled.Eat at your own risk. Also the breakfast staff were very rude and had to be told again and again to refill basic items like fruits. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean & well maintained small hotel. Room is spacious & the staff very helpful & friendly. Reasonably priced so do not expect breathtaking views nor sumptuous breakfast, both of which are adequate.

The hotel crew were not at all cordial and considerate. The hotel facilities and rooms looked old. The food tastes bad too.

Friendly staff and comfortable room
The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast choice was not very wide, but the quality was good. It's about a 13-minute walk to the closest MRT station, but very easy to get a taxi. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. For the price, it was overall satisfactory. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

Clean Hotel
The hotel was very clean, but I would say the staff were not very accommodating, Im talking about the staff during breakfast. Overall I would say that Its value for your money hotel. The hotel was very clean and front desk staff were very helpful with us in giving us directions in anywhere we would like to go.

Room was very clean.
It was a pleasant experience. Room was well maintained. House keeping did a great job. The daily breakfast was good. The location is accessible to public transportation but not in a busy street. Very recommendable.

Great hotel in ZhongShan. My friend lost his phone in a uber and the front office staff helped him not once but twice to get his phone back. There was always a smile on the office staffs face. Shower was hot and mostly quiet, not near anything though you'll need to catch a train from Songjiang

Room is spacious and clean. Got everything needed in the room. Loaction is good. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Everything is good for this money.

Nice Large Room and Bathroon
Surprised with the large the room and bathroom. Front desk personnel was very helpful in helping us to get to our destinations, but our room was not cleaned the first two days after we returned from our tours ... we had to call the front desk to get it done and they do it quickly. The morning western breakfast was delicious and tasty. Complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, coffee/tea and snacks were great. But the bath towels were worn and there was barely enough toilet paper. I'd come again any time.

Spacious room but it's old. Room booked is different from pictures shown in Expedia. Hotel staff explained that they have several different design rooms. Service is great, however the hotel needs renovation.

Budget hotel. Satisfy basic needs
Well, it's a budget hotel. Furniture are a bit old and need some refurbishment. Hotel is a bit far from subway stations. They only offer 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. But the room is spacious. Toilet and shower are clean. For around $55 USD per night in a 250 sq ft room with 2 beds, you cant really expect too much

Its a $50 type of hotel not more.
We paid $226 for one night we really though we will get better hotel. This is a $50.00 max hotel just to sleep and go. room was small and bed not that comfortable. Old and you can smell the mold a little. breakfast was good.
