"I like this hotel. The breakfast is great. Huge buffet with lots of healthy food. The room was spacious and clean. I like that it has a bath tub. Internet was fast. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. There is a Family Mart 1/2 block away that is open all night. So there is a place to buy food, alcohol, or a latte if you are up in the middle of the night with jet lag."

"The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus. Our room had a large shower and bathroom area "

"This was one of the best hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Taiwan. Not just because we got a free upgrade to a suit but because the service we received from the staff. A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing. When we visit Tainan again in the future, we will definitely be booking here again!"
