Our stay was everything we had hoped for, as the location was very near Inverness without being in the thick of things. The bed was comfortable, as was the nice hot shower. "RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

"There seems to be improvements to what I have seen in other reviews. There are some very rowdy neighbors on the pub next to this place, avoid if light sleeper. Mattress is pretty hard, again, avoid if this bothers you. Robert was nice enough to let us store our bags for a few hours so we could go on a tour. It was an adequate experience."
