"Cabin needs upkeep. Bed springs broken. No AC! That needs to be listed. Never would have stayed. They threw a floor fan. At least a window ac or ceiling fan. Bathroom door broke. And way small. Will not be back. "

"A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."

The room it’s very quiet and cozy, with plenty of towels and small fridge and microwave. Close to Safeway and the best views of Lake Tahoe. I would come back. "The house was very clean, a great size, nice layout and easily accessible. Really nice place to stay for a night - wish we had longer to visit. Check in was mostly easy - we were given a pin for the keypad that didn't work initially, but the host was quick to respond and helped us resolve it with a new pin to get in the house. The house has cute outdoor patio spaces and is very walkable to a lot of things nearby, like restaurants, bowling alley, grocery store, etc. I would definitely stay here...
