"Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation. "

"Staff were exceptionally amazing. They are friendly and attentive to each guest, always willing to assist. The location is at the heart of BGC and so close to shops and restaurants. Me and my kids also love the breakfast buffet that has lots of yummy selections. We'll definitely consider F1 again when we're back in Manila."
