Occupying the 3rd and 4th floors of the Manor Suite Building, London Suites Exclusive Floor features five (5) bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and full kitchen amenities. Guests enjoy an exclusive living area and lobby facing Taal Lake equipped with a modern stereo karaoke set. This unit provides a serene, scenic environment ideal for families, company outings, and group retreats.

**Occupancy & Room Rules**

* **Capacity:** Minimum 10 guests; maximum 18 guests.
* **Room Allocation:** Minimum occupancy utilizes 3 rooms. The 4th room is opened for 11+ paying guests, and the 5th room is opened for 15+ paying guests.
* **Pricing:** Rates are calculated based on minimum occupancy. Extra charges apply per guest beyond the minimum.
