"This place is FOUL! They woke us up at 8 am by installing support beams right outside our window!! That makes sense as to why the guy told me they don’t rent out the upstairs. Probably unsafe! "Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning but went down at 9:00am 2nd day & there was nothing available in the warmers. Mentioned it to the front desk and was told they’d check into it. Went & loaded my car coming back in 10-15 minutes & still nothing. Bed was terribly uncomfortable - had king bed & sunk on outer areas. I paid $500 for 2-nights and would love to have some type of refund for all the negative happenings on this property!! I am 99% sure that I will not stay at this location again. "
