Shower didn’t drain fast enough. So you are ankle deep in water pretty quickly. The door key pads also don’t work quite right. Some touches don’t register and even when they make a tone that they do, for some reason they don’t. The whole kiosk check in process doesn’t run smoothly either. Other than that they’ve done enough to make it look pretty enough for a picture.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

The staff was great but when we checked in the first room they gave us had not been cleaned so back to the lobby we went. I talked to a lady who i thought was a desk clerk she took me to a counter and proceded to tell them to give me a $125 gift card and help me with my problem so im thinking well thats a bit much i just want a clean room to go to, after i stood there for 15 min i get told that its for banquet i have to attend for some reason or another to get the $125 gift card and had nothing to do with my room. long story short 20 min later got another room it was clean and quite comfortable. vallet staff were super friendly.the gift shop and food court are quite expensive.

My stay at Rio was wonderful. The room was very large, with floor to ceiling windows of the Vegas Strip. A view that was enjoyed from the comforts of my king bed. Great bedding. Very cozy & comfortable. The room was very quiet and clean even over New Years. The elevators operate very quickly, with little to no waiting. There is a Starbucks positioned right on the main floor once you get off the elevators, making it convenient to grab & go in the morning. I loved the separated bathroom from a second extra large vanity counter. Allowing for one person to use the shower, toilet, or sink in private. Giving the other person a large vanity counter for hair or make-up when getting ready. The T.V. was massive (I think 60") with a fantastic selection of programming & movies. Thank you, Cheers to 2026!
