Nice place was great until my daughter woke up with bites on her body. Tore her bed apart and seen bed bugs. Immediately checked out. Manager apologized and did refund our money but that ruined our trip and we had to deep clean and sanitize everything when we got home.

The staff here at quality inn we're extremely rude and unfriendly. My boyfriend and I were in The breakfast room getting breakfast and the attendant in there was extremely rude so we ended up eating in our room

nice place in the area. getting to the hotel can be a little confusing if you use gps/google maps. the have double parking spots available so parking a truck & trailer wasn't a problem

Great stay!
I went to this Quality Inn because it was close to the Aquatic Center. It was great. I came in and slept, went out to the meet and returned. They gave me extra coffee when I asked and left me alone. Perfect!

I asked for a late checkout until 12pm. I was given the late check out time. The front desk agent knocked on my door and enters the room at 11:30am before I can get up and answer the door to ask me when I’m leaving. That is totally unacceptable. I worked at a hotel and never treated anyone like that. I definitely need to get ahead of management because she acted like very unprofessional!

my only complaint is the ice maker on the 2nd and 3rd floors did not work.the breakfast buffet was great and so was the cook keeping things hot and refilled!

This hotel was a great value! We were not sure what to expect at the lower price point, but the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the women at the front desk (Amy and Kimberly) were exceptionally helpful and the woman tending to the breakfast buffet was so nice!

The first night we stayed, the truck right next to our car was vandalized and the glass from the back window of the truck was left all over the ground right next to our car I also witnessed one of the hotel employees smoking drugs in their vehicle in the hotel parking lot while on their break. Other than that, the room was ok. The breakfast was alright. Nothing fancy but for the price the stat was fine. Just be extra careful about leaving personal belongings or anything of value in your vehicle. It's a sketchy area.

Although this is not a brand new property, it may as well be. Everything, including the flooring and walls, look clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, AC and curtains worked just right, and the shower was clean with plenty of flow on the shower head. The breakfast was very complete and nicely displayed.
