Off-grid, romantic wooden cabin with library and cottage gardens
The Book Cabin is an off-grid getaway decorated in an elegant rustic style with cottage gardens and outdoor dining a few minutes from the beautiful town of Coja with all its amenities. Upstairs sleeps 2 adults. It is solar powered with a flushing toilet, hot shower, fridge, gas cooker and a woodburner. There is a small library of English books with a reading area in the bedroom - great for book-lovers and creative people. There is also a writing desk, board games, art materials, DVDs and a good mobile signal. The cabin has a lovely vibe in an idyllic rural location. Its a great base to explore central Portugal, go hiking in the mountains or shop in the local villages. Coimbra and the Serra de Estrela ski resort are both a 45 minute drive.
