Dear Gregory,I'm so sorry that you feel we merit a one out of five because there was no one at the property or any cars. This is our slow time of year, and we don't have many guest. As for there not being anyone on the property; is because everything is done virtual. An email is sent at time of reservation with your room number and door code, so the hassle of checking in, is avoided. I know the email can be missed or goes into spam, so when Expedia called on your behalf because you had just made the reservation, they were provided with the room and door code as well. I also sent an additional email after speaking with them. I'm sorry this process did not work for you, and our apologies for any inconvenience. Take care!
