Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location. "Short stairs to neat waterfall ! Waterfall view room is best because overlooking waterfall and great for sleeping sounds. Staff helpful to get whatever you need. Thuy went and picked a papaya for me! Family run. Nice garden with great views."
