"Good hotel located close to the metro. Breakfast was value-for-money with both Uzbeck and Western options. Rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The IPTV system however needs improvement (didn’t work), but that’s not a show stopper. "
"Would recommend this stay if looking for a short stay in Tashkent. Guli was an excellent host and very friendly, the staff as well. They made it easy to enjoy Tashkent and STYLO!"
"Nice big rooms that are cleaned properly. A bit outdated in the interior. Great location, where it is easy to either go on the metro or grab a Yandex Go to explore the city. Very pleasant and polite staff and decent breakfast."

"The bad
1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival
2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it
3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered
4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service.
5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests.
The good
1) Location
2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice "
"By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. "
"Very new and comfortable, but a bit odd at times. For example they couldn’t take credit card payments the days I was there for some reason so I had to go to an atm. 2 minutes walk from the metro."
"Room was very large and well appointed and clean. Some condensation issues on the windows though.
The senior staff member at reception was exceptional, and helpful across many aspects of my stay. Breakfast selection was not great compared to 2 other hotels I'd stayed at in Tashkent. Dining option outside, proximity to a park, playground, the metro and bakeries excellent.
A small suggestion, it was not obvious how to get to the hotel by taxi - signage might be helpful as the hotel reception faces the main street and walking path."
