"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war leider mit zahlreichen Mängeln verbunden. Das Haus liegt zwar grundsätzlich ruhig, doch der einst beworbene Seeblick ist inzwischen komplett zugewachsen – die hohen Koniferen ringsum lassen kaum Licht hinein und versperren jegliche Aussicht.Die Zufahrt zum Haus war in sehr schlechtem Zustand: den Berg runter sehr holprig und der Damm ungemäht. Ein erster Eindruck, der sich im Inneren leider fortsetzte.Die Küche ist sehr klein und äußerst spärlich...

"Da ich mit zwei alten und körperlich eingeschränkten Personen unterwegs war, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Haus für diesen Personenkreis ungeeignet ist. . Das Auftreten des Vermieters war hektisch und einer langen Anreise nicht angemessen. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht und auch 2 Toiletten waren sehr schlecht zu nutzen, da sie zum Teil defekt waren. Masuren ansonsten ist eine Reise wert und wird von uns sicherlich wiederholt. Das Ferienhaus werden wir dann allerdings nicht mehr buchen."

"The apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet area, making for a very peaceful stay. The apartment itself was clean and the kitchenware was very clean too. However, there were several topics that future guests should be aware of. The water coming from the taps had a strong, unpleasant odor and a dirty appearance, requiring us to buy our own water for cooking and even brushing our teeth. This was a significant inconvenience. While the apartment was clean, the bed linen was full of dog hair, which was quite disappointing. The apartment also felt a bit dark, and the lack of mosquito nets on the windows was a major problem, as there were a lot of mosquitoes. I highly recommend bringing a fly swatter. The provided starter kit was very basic, with just two dishwasher tabs and two waste bags. There was no laundry detergent, which is something to be aware of if you plan on doing laundry. The kitchen is also not very well-equipped for cooking as it lacked a kitchen towel, a sieve for pasta, and a vegetable peeler. Also, the swimming pool was closed. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, bare-bones place to stay and are prepared to bring your own supplies and deal with the water situation, this apartment could work for you. It's important to set your expectations low regarding the amenities and be prepared to buy your own water. The big plus is the price and it's quiet location. "

BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly."
