"Es war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist so schön, alles ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Indoor-Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und angenehmen 31 Grad war einfach mega super. Durch die großen Fenster war es immer schön warm unabhängig von den Temperaturen draußen. "Wielkie zaskoczenie taką przygotowaniem i standardem Willi i apartamentu. Nad ranem po opadach śniegu dróżki do auta na parking odśnieżone. Kawa, szczoteczka do zębów, wygodne i nowe łóżka. Na 100% przyjedziemy z dzieckiem w lato. Polecam wszystkim. Jest także możliwość uprania i wysuszenia rzeczy. Blisko park zdrojowy i mega cisza a także blisko sklep lokalny. Jednym słowem 10 na 10"

"Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."

"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "
