"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget. Good point. Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...
