"A very comfortable elegant hotel with excellent food. The staff were pleasant but did not speak much English. The spa massages were very good. The location near the lake was very pleasant. "

"A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. "We love the location, Watching the sale boats go by was a very special treat! The room and accommodations were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late."

"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget. Good point. Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

Es ist aber definitiv nicht für Business-Reisende zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Personal freundlich war und ich sogar vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit schon etwas vom Buffet nehmen durfte. Die Elektro-Ladestation ist für größere Elektroautos nicht geeignet."

The whole hotel was built in high quality. the room was very comfortable, the breakfast filled with local specialties, outdoor pool is simply amazing and the staff most helpful. Highly recommended to try for short or longer visit, with or without family. Lake Balaton beach (Alsoors) is walking distance."

"A beautiful hotel by the lake with a private beach in walking distance. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The Spa and sauna facilities were excellent and spotless clean. There were plenty of sun beds in the garden. The views from the higher floor windows were stunning of the lake and surrounding area and the rooftop bar was a delightful bonus to watch the sun setting."
