VILLA NINFEA is a residence with 3 bedrooms and lounge with two double sofa beds (capacity 6 + 4 people):
2 bathrooms in correspondence to the 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, 2 covered outdoor verandas, living room with double sofa bed, barbecue area, patio and garden.

The Holiday House is part of a complex of two Villas by the Sea converted to hospitality since 2019, combining our model of "Diffused Holiday House", suitable for hosting groups or even single units - "Villa Rosa e Ninfea":

- VILLA ROSA (Via Cibele 13): it consists of 2 apartments in a two-family villa (7 + 4 beds) .

- VILLA NINFEA (Via Orione 26 int. 4): it is a single-family villa in a private residence with 10 beds.

. The two Villas are 250 meters from each other and Villa Ninfea from the sea 200 meters.
