  • A wonderful little apartment with a beach theme, perfect for a small family. It features a spacious bedroom with several distinctive details, complete with a shoe rack and a closet. The double bed, along with the sofa bed in the kitchen/living room, allows the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment’s key selling point is undoubtedly its location. It’s located near Ortigia (1.2 km away), which is convenient since the island of Ortigia is a restricted-traffic zone (meaning you can’t drive in or around it), and just 1 km from the Greek Theatre of Syracuse. Just 200 m away is the small marina, where you’ll find a charming little beach with a sun deck next to it, as well as excellent traditional Sicilian restaurants.

The marina is just 200 metres away, where you’ll find a small, pretty beach with a sun deck next to it, as well as typical Sicilian restaurants offering excellent cuisine.
