Eos Sea View Apartment is located in the heart of Syracuse and enjoys breathtaking views of the small harbour and the island of Ortigia. From your bedroom, or directly from your bed, or while having breakfast, you can admire a spectacle that is unique in the world, including sailing boats arriving at the harbour and unforgettable sunrises over the sea and Ortigia. The house has been furnished with style and attention to detail, with a particular focus on comfort. We look forward to welcoming you!



I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM DEAR GUESTS THAT UNTIL 28 FEBRUARY, RENOVATION WORKS ARE PLANNED ON THE SEA FRONT STREET WHERE THE APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED. FOR THIS REASON THERE COULD BE SOME NOISE DUE TO WORK AND A PROHIBITION TO PARKING IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENTS. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax of 4% on the gross cost of the reservation exclusively in cash
