  • In one of the most beautiful seaside areas of Syracuse, inside a wonderful residence with large private parking, pine forest and direct access to the sea (free beach and cliff), a 90sqm design villa overlooking the splendid Gulf of Syracuse giving a magnificent view of Ortigia and Castello Maniace, furnished, equipped and equipped with all comforts (sky, air conditioning, projector, wi-fi free, outdoor barbecue).
