"Clean room, no tub, helpful staff, good breakfast "

"The room was so spacious and clean upon entry. Our tub’s drain didn’t work properly and was a minor issue but did not ruin our stay. Breakfast was nice with a great variety, and the staff was very kind. The elevator wasn’t working properly during our stay, but again, the staff was kind and accommodating. I could tell that these things were not the norm and when we return to Charlotte, we will gladly stay again! It’s in a great location and was a great price. "

"They have a light buffet dinner in the evening with a drink from the bar included. That was top notch to have for your guests. There was also a fresh popcorn machine with hot buttery popcorn 🍿 kudos to our first stay at this hotel. Room was large and clean. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"My room was a little ran down. The rooms are old and not renovated. No smart TV. The legs on my bed had tape around them. Walls cracking. Chipped and ripped furniture."
