"Simply put, THE BEST beach resort I’ve stayed in ever. There are many similar stunning resorts out there but what set Ta’Aktana apart for me was the amazing service that was consistently experienced throughout the property, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar. Truly impressed with how warmly welcomed we were made to feel at our 5 nights. Highly highly recommended."

"Our stay was amazing, we can't wait to return."

"Really lovely staff, great location, beautiful views and amenities!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff that made the whole stay very luxurious."

"Nice clean room with a great view. We stayed to be near the port for our diving LiveAboard, and the location was excellent. Close to some shops. Food and service at restaurant was great."

"I loved the bay view from my hotel room and the restaurant was excellent, they played great music!"

"Such a friendly family, and the views from the communal area/balcony is amazing and probably the best in Labuan Bajo! Banana pancakes and coffee for breakfast in morning :)"

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"Very nice and helpful staff, clean property."

"Absolutely great hotel!"

"We only had a one night stay and found the whole property comfortable, clean and safe. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Location was a short stroll from shoos and restaurants."

"Excellent location, besutiful outlook. The restaurant was great and the food delicious. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we found was ordering food and drinks was a challenge. Would definitely return as it was by far the best beach 9/10 ⛱️"

"Very nice place, would recommend especially after a 4-day komodo boat tour"

"Would not stay again"

"The staff and views were great; the snorkelling was awesome. The rooms are generally nice, but the showers didn’t drain at all, and smelled of sewage when they began to overflow. Otherwise everything was good"

"A cozy, family style homestay that is super close to the airport, less than a 10 minutes walk! However, please note that there’s a steep hill from the main road to the house. If you have big suitcases, I highly recommend taking a taxi. Overall a great stay!"

"Nice view. The rooms are very simple and comfortable for a short stay but not more. Helpful staff to get your luggage up the hill and stairs."

"This is an absolute budget hotel and therefore one shouldn't expect it to be a 5-star experience. Room, amenities etc were basic but I expected the room to look like the one pictured on the website; it wasn't. It did have a decent restaurant onsite and the included breakfast was plain but okay. I had dinner one night and it was quite delicious. Internet connection was stable enough but I also had mobile connection so I didn't notice issues with connectivity. Staff was friendly.
