On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area that combines cosiness and functionality. A beach chair invites you to linger and lets you enjoy the seaside atmosphere to the fullest. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Smeg appliances as well as a Senseo and Nespresso machine and offers everything a home cook’s heart desires. A bright, natural-light-filled bathroom completes the ground floor and rounds out the feel-good experience.

In the basement, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms with comfortable double beds, built-in closets, and TVs, ensuring restful nights. Generous basement windows provide ample natural light and create a cosy atmosphere. Another modern bathroom with a sink and rain shower is also at your disposal, offering the highest level of comfort.
