The apartment is located in a larger, very well maintained residential complex right in the center of Westerland on Sylt. To Sylter main beach is about 3 minutes. The accommodation is on the first floor.

 

Spacious 1-room apartment with a very attractive ambience. In the living room you will find a modern sofa bed with spring core and with a bed surface of 160 x 200 cm, small sitting / dining area and balcony. In addition, you will find a small hall, a new kitchen with Nespresso machine and milk frother. In addition, the apartment has a new shower / WC. The apartment has been completely renovated.

 

The equipment includes a new 3D flat screen TV with 300 Hz. Continue u. a. Radio u. CD, microwave, kettle, iron and a safe.

2 bicycles are available for free use.

Urlaub auf Sylt

Wie immer hat alles ganz wunderbar geklappt! Schlüsselabholung, das Ankommen alles super! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr nett und für zwei Personen plus kleinem Hund ausreichend! Klein und sehr fein. Die Lage ist großartig, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht ganz in der Nähe! Ist gleich auf der Friedrichstraße, aber auch in netten Wohngegenden für einen ruhigen Spaziergang. Top! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Appartement!

Sehr zentral gelegen und sehr sauber

Ich war begeistert von der zentralen Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in 1 Minute in der Fußgängerzone und in ca. 3 Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Alles war super sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hört nicht viel von aussen aber auch nicht von anderen Mietern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen.
