Experience Frisian cosiness in the traditional thatched-roof house “Käpt’n Hahn.” This tastefully decorated 3-room holiday apartment, measuring approximately 80 m² across two levels, accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a quiet location in Westerland. A well-established garden with a sunny terrace and a seasonal beach chair (April–October) offers you a beautiful setting to relax and unwind—your dogs are also welcome here.

**LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREAS**
The bright and cosy living-dining area invites you to enjoy social gatherings with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining area for 4 people. With direct access to the furnished terrace featuring a beach chair, you can enjoy the sun and the garden to the fullest. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and antique Pluvios for added comfort, which enhance the home’s ambiance.

**SEPARATE KITCHEN**
The kitchen is a separate space and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. An additional dining area in the kitchen offers you flexibility and comfort.

**BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and custom-built cabinetry. A second bedroom features two single beds (each 90x190 cm) as well as additional built-in cabinetry, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom, which features natural light, is equipped with a bathtub and shower and rounds out the pleasant living atmosphere.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space and bicycle storage are located right next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is also provided, so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

The central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the diverse selection of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 metres away, so you can enjoy relaxing days at the beach whenever you like. Its proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
