Tolle Unterkunft, aber falsche Angabe im Inserat/Buchung

Das Zelt und der Camping Platz waren super und alles in allem ist es tolle Unterkunft für den Sommer auf Sylt. Allerdings ist ein mobiles Fahrzeug notwendig, um vom CP die Umgebung und die Insel erkunden zu können Im Inserat und in der Buchung steht, dass Fahrräder gestellt werden. Leider war dies nicht so! Wir hatten uns darauf verlassen und waren ohne Fahrzeug/ Fahrräder angereist. Vom Betreiber des Camps wurden uns dann gesagt wir sollen uns selber Räder leihen und sie würden uns die Kosten ersetzen. Leider war dies ohne Anreisemöglichkeit zum Verleih nicht so einfach möglich und die Bitte, ob sie uns die Räder besorgen könnten, wurde abgelehnt. Dies war sehr enttäuschend, da der Fehler im Inserat und der Buchung ja nicht auf unserer Seite lag, aber so zu unserem Problem wurde. Hier ist Verbesserungspotenzial.
