The stylish 1-bedroom holiday apartment “Manni,” measuring approximately 35 m² on one level (3rd floor, with lift) accommodates up to 2 guests and is centrally located near the beach in Westerland on Sylt. This unique residence is part of the modernly renovated former “Seeburg” hotel on the spa promenade and features an artistic touch thanks to a collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery. Each apartment has been individually designed in a charming retro style and furnished with exclusive pieces from France, Belgium, and England to create a welcoming, cosy atmosphere. The beach access is just 150 metres away. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING AND RELAXING**
In the combined living and sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a sofa, and a cosy armchair—perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV. The furnishings offer stylish comfort and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

**COMFORTABLE COOKING**
The open kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker and all the modern amenities to make cooking a breeze. The dining table with three chairs provides space for relaxed meals.

**A COMFORTABLE BATHROOM FOR THE PERFECT START TO THE DAY**
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer, rounding out the comfort of this apartment.

**RELAXATION AND WELLNESS**
In addition, a wellness area with a sauna is available in the building, and a washing machine and dryer can be used communally for a fee.
