Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung hĂ€lt, was sie verspricht. Sie ist hell und gerĂ€umig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trotzdem gemĂŒtlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch dazu sind die Wege, egal ob zum Strand, zum Einkaufen oder zum nĂ€chsten Restaurant, kurz. Wir haben uns super wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Tage in Westerland

Die Wohnung ist schick, modern und hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Angenehm Lage: NÀhe zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 200m vom Bahnhof. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mitten in Westerland / Sylt

Eine moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 2.OG, direkt an / in der FußgĂ€ngerzone von Westerland. Die Wohnung war top sauber und hat alles geboten, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es immer ruhig. Strand, BĂ€cker und verschiedene SupermĂ€rkte in kurzer Fußreichweite. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter

Schöne Wohnung

Die Lage ist sehr gut, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nĂ€heren Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. In der KĂŒche stehen alle wichtigen Utensilien in brauchbarer Form und QualitĂ€t bereit, höchstens eine Mikrowelle haben wir manchmal vermisst. Wer selbst kochen möchte, fĂŒr den sind eventuell die zwei Kochplatten nicht genug, spielte fĂŒr uns keine Rolle. Bad (innenliegend) und Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls von guter GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung. GrĂ¶ĂŸtes Manko fĂŒr uns war das "Kinderzimmer", das so klein ist, dass die Luft durch unsere zwei Kinder, die den ganzen Tag aktiv waren, in der Nacht zu schnell verbraucht war. Ohne das Fenster wĂ€re es sicher noch extremer. Das Fenster, das sich jedoch in der Wand zur Treppe befindet, reichte in gekipptem Zustand fĂŒr eine echte DurchlĂŒftung bzw. Luftzirkulation auch kaum aus und war unter GerĂ€usch- und Licht-Aspekten nicht ideal, speziell fĂŒr den Biorhythmus unserer Kinder. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr angenehm und der Vermieter hat alles gut organisiert und ist auch auf ÄnderungswĂŒnsche schnell eingegangen.

Aufenthalt als junge Familie

Die Wohnung und alles drum herum ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage ist super und das Inserat entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben folgende VorschlĂ€ge fĂŒr einen noch besseren Aufenthalt: Eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner sind zwar im Haus vorhanden. DafĂŒr sind jedoch viele 50 Cent StĂŒcke notwendig. Daher wĂ€re es schön, wenn es in der Wohnung eine Möglichkeit gĂ€be, gewaschene WĂ€sche aufzuhĂ€ngen. Weiter fehlt dem Babybett (Reisebett) eine - weiche - Matratze. Immerhin wurde unser Hinweis darauf kurzfristig mit einer alternativen Schlafmöglichkeit gelöst. Wir bedanken uns und können das Objekt sonst uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

FĂŒr sechs Personen nicht geeignet

Wir sind mit sechs Personen angereist. 2 Erwachsene , 2 Teenager (Paar) , 2 Kinder . Der Wohnbereich ist nett eingerichtet, leider nur 4 StĂŒhle am Esstisch, sodass wir immer den Sessel schieben mussten , was sehr laut ist und eine Person auf einem tiefem Hocker sitzen musste. In der KĂŒche fanden wir eine Induktionskochplatte mit 2 Platten vor, 2 Töpfe die das kochen fĂŒr 6 Personen nicht möglich machten, da sie leider viel zu klein sind. Auch der KĂŒhlschrank ist klein und das Gefrierfach gebrochen. Der Balkon ist okay mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten. Leider ist im oberem Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett kein Fenster und somit keine Möglichkeit zum LĂŒften und kein Tageslicht. Das Fenster geht zum Flur raus. Auch ist im Zimmer viel zu wenig Platz, fĂŒr 2 Personen ist auch der Schrank viel zu klein, schade. Das Bad hingegen ist top. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Innenstadt, ĂŒber einem Döner Laden. Hier ist es teilweise nachts sehr laut.

Traumhafte Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, war absolut top im Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage hat uns gut gefallen, alles ist fußlĂ€ufig schnell erreichbar, von Shopping Meile ĂŒber Wochenmarkt und Bahnhof bis Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und freundlich. Liebevoll wurde das Baby/Kleinkindzubehör vorbereitet. Gerne wieder. Danke :)

Das Objekt ist super, aber der Preis viel zu hoch.

Ich kann mich ĂŒber den Aufenthalt nicht beschweren. Aber das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis passt ĂŒberhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung ist viel zu teuer, dafĂŒr das man auf einer Insel ist, deren Erholungswert ĂŒberschaubar ist. Auch die Wetterlage ist eher schwierig vorauszusehen. Ich bekomme auf Mallorca den gleichen Standard fĂŒr 100 Euro die Nacht und da werden keine ExtragebĂŒhren fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und Reinigung erhoben. Ich nehme das als Beispiel, weil ich auf Mallorca lebe und hier das Wetter garantiert gut ist. Daher kann ich Sylt nicht empfehlen. Einfach schlecht und nur teuer.

Im Herzen von Sylt-Westerland

Die Lage war sehr gut und alle GeschÀfte ohne Probleme fusslÀufig erreichbar. Ein Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung kann genutzt werden. Auf der Loggia ist die Sonne lange zu geniessen, wenn man nicht lieber an der Promenade sitzt. Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung, trotz zentraler Lage ruhig, direkt an der FußgĂ€ngerzone, nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand/Kongresszentrum. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund des kalten Wetters den Balkon nicht genießen.

Tolle Wohnung, frisch renoviert. Liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Vom Toaster bis zum Toilettenpapier. Super bequeme Betten. Die Lage fĂŒr uns Top. In 2 Minuten am Bahnhof und ZOB und direkt in der FußgĂ€ngerzone. Wir kommen wieder.

Super zentrale Wohnung in Westerland
