  • This cosy one-room holiday apartment is located right in the heart of Westerland, very close to the long sandy beach, and offers space for up to 2 people in its 35 square metres. Enjoy the central location and all its benefits.

    The apartment features a cosy living/sleeping area facing west, a kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. In the living/sleeping area, you’ll find a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a seating and dining area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space in the closets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a night of cooking.

    Free walking sticks are available for you in the apartment.

    The furnished balcony invites you to relax in the sun. The building also has a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Die Wohnung ist ein Glücksgriff. Sehr gut ausgestattet und in einer top Lage. Zudem sehr sauber! Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsselsafe IN einem naheliegenden Gebäude der Reinigungsfirma. Vor der Tür führt eine weniger besuchte Einkaufsstraße direkt zum Strand. Ein Edeka befindet sich quasi im Gebäude (unter dem Balkon ist der Anlieferbereich, daher kann es morgens teilweise etwas laut sein), ein Briefkasten ist auch vor der Tür. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße, die Friedrichstraße, ist die Nebenstraße und daher auf kurzem Weg erreichbar. Eine kleine Austattung (Putzmittel, Müllbeutel, Klopapier) ist vorhanden und den Rest kann man direkt bequem beim Edeka kaufen. Für sensible Schläfer würde ich sagen, dass die Matratze vielleicht zu weich sein könnte und für die Anlieferungen beim Edeka würde ich eventuell Ohrenstöpsel einpacken, damit man nicht überrascht wird und falls es stört weiterschlafen kann!

Sehr liebevoll-verspielt eingerichtete 1-Zimmer- Wohnung im 1.OG. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liegt super zentral zur Promenade und der Innenstadt. Edeka ist direkt daneben. Uns hat die Belieferung nicht gestört. Der LKW steht dann allerdings direkt neben dem Balkon. Es gibt einen großen Essplatz. Zum "gemütlich" Sitzen oder Fernsehen muss man dann allerdings auf dem Bett sitzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Wohnungsverwaltung. Schlüsselübergabe am Bahnhof hat gut geklappt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der liebevoll eingerichteten 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Lage ist echt top - super Nahe am Strand, der Sylter Welle und direkt neben dem Supermarkt. Dadurch ist es auch eine entsprechend belebte Gegend und bei geöffneter Balkontür nicht ganz leise. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf das gegenüber liegende Gebäude. Der Fernseher ist ein Smart-TV.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Gegenüber befindet sich eine gute Bäckerei und nebenan einen gut sortierten Edekamarkt. Zur Zeit befindet sich gegenüber dem Balkon eine Großbaustelle, aber dank gut isolierter Fenster, hat uns der Lärm nicht gestört, wir waren auch nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Strand und Schwimmbad
