The 3-room apartment for 1-4 people (about 81 m²) is located on the ground floor a detached house with 2 residential units. Feel at home in a quiet location in leafy old Westerland. The cozy living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table with 4 chairs is the center of the flat. The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes for everyday use and a dining area with corner.   In the two bedrooms both have a comfortable double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. All beds are made for you! The laundry purchases of linen and towels is included in the final price.   A bright bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and exterior window. A terrace with Sylt beach chair and garden furniture with south / west invites you to relax. Parking is located on the property. With consideration of other guests, smoking is not permitted in this property. Animals are not allowed in this apartment. W-LAN available

In Stadumstraß the house "Anja" is located away from the road, a detached house with 2 apartments. A Fietenwohnung on the ground floor with terrace. An apartment on the first floor. Parking is available at the house with new, bright outdoor lighting.
Feel at home in the village-charming Old Westerland with green gardens. A mini-market with bakery can be found within walking distance. Only a few hundred meters separate this oasis of peace from the vibrant life of Friedrichstrasse and the beach promenade.
