Dear Lauren,thank you for your review, this is much appreciate as it enables us to refine our service and business to continue improving.We appreciate that our property is older due to its heritage features and we have plans to re-invest in upgrades to various areas in the coming year.My apologies that you found the technology too old, I am unclear if there is certain areas of concern, as we offer Foxtel for Business along with casting features, QR code access for dining options, WIFI throughout the hotel and other connectivity options within our guest rooms.I also appreciate the expectation of value in our breakfast area. Dear Cheen,thank you for your review and I appreciate your feedback as this assists us in refining our service and procedures to continue improving.I apologise for the inconvenience that you experienced with the 3 fire alarms that occurred during your stay. Unfortunately there was a recurring problem with a single sensor that kept triggering until the fire department was able to isolate this sensor that has since been repaired. I also apologise for the wait time at your check in. Whilst our check in time is from 3pm, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific check in time as rooms are serviced continuously and during high demand periods, these can take some time.
