Everyone was very helpful. They went above and beyond in their assistance. We arrived early in the morning and the staff handled our luggage and it was in the room when we checked in in the afternoon.

Hyatt Regency Sydney
I got into Sydney early and my room was ready. I did not have to wait till 3pm to check in. That was wonderful. Check in and out was seamless. A wonderful stay.

Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel
Staff were not helpful, never responded to a request for help in getting the TVs working (called 30 min after check-in). Room was ok, not worth the money we spent ($600+ per night). Food at the restaurant was terrible and very overpriced as well. Coffee bar didn't open until 11 AM on the weekends. ...
