"Sharon who was working on our floor brought us extra towels and went out of her way to find us face cloths. Our server at supper Veesha was excellent, knew the menu and helped us make great choices. Only complaint was the hard pillows, should have 1 hard and 1 soft on yhe beds."

"The town of Swords with the castle,church, tower was interesting. The staff at the old borough was rude from the minute we arrived at around 1 from the citylink bus. Stopped at the registration desk in the bar. All he said is check in is at 2! Okay can we stow our bags? They did. We ate at the restaurant. We've eaten at weatherspoon before in Scotland. This food was not horrible but not good.Couldn't get the Internet to work so ordered at the bar. The wait staff was slow and you could tell they didn't want to be there. Went for a walk around town After lunch tried to get on the WiFi to order a taxi for the next day to the airport. Couldn't. We checked in at the bar again and a nice man checked us in and I asked about the WiFi again. The same person who was rude to us was rude to him and said no Internet I called engineering. The nice man called and ordered us a taxi. We never had WiFi during our stay. Our room while not only dated and in need of paint was as clean as housekeeping could keep it clean. There was a horrible smell of mildew, black mold as soon as you walked in the door. It was definitely coming from the carpet probably from the shower area as that part of the carpet was wet most of the time. The smell permeated the room and made our stay the worst experience we had in our two weeks in Ireland. Overall we had booked this room to be close to Dublin airport before our flight the next day. We liked Swords but this hotel was misrepresented on this website."

"The hotel staff are very friendly. The female Reaturant server was very helpful and made excellent recommendations. The hotel provided prompt room service. We were disappointed with the bathroom shower drain in our hotel room which had an unpleasant odour after showering. The shuttle bus driver who drove us to the airport I found to be unfriendly. He helped other passengers but did not come to help our family unload our suitcases."
