The apartment is located in a renovated building over a hundred years old, in the heart of the Swinoujscie promenade on Żeromskiego street 5. Before the war, a well-known café and the popular Hotel Jester functioned at this address and in the post-war period the sanatorium Katowiczanka. Today on the ground floor a pharmacy and a travel agency. The building has a lift and a small bike rack. Construction work nearby

ZE05:
A comfortable two-room apartment on the first floor, in a building with elevator. The master bedroom is on the west side. The windows of the living room with a kitchenette and a balcony are facing north, overlooking the promenade. In the living room is a sofa bed for two people, TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate stove, refrigerator and all necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a travel cot. Guests can also enjoy wireless Internet access. Parking in the area No. 17 (not very comfortable). Paid parking zones in Świnoujście: parking is subject to charges from May to end of September from 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. On public holidays parking is free here. A guarded parking lot is located nearby (distance 300m)

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
