"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication.
The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location.
Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."

"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "

Die Zimmer mit viel Platz und bequemen Betten. Wenig Auswahl bei Tee auf Zimmer, Kaffeepulver vorhanden, aber keine Milch."
