Es war ein angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt. Für 2 Nächte ok, sonst etwas kleines Zimmer. Leider die Betten auch extrem weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Das Frühstücksbüffet gut und ausreichend, für uns die Brötchen etwas zäh. Wirkten nicht wirklich richtig frisch. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant Ambassador auch gut. Leider waren wir am Sonntag die einzigen Gäste, gestern etwas mehr, was angenehm war. Die Sauna-naja?! Eher wie eine Duschkabine mit einer Glasfront zum Jacuzzi. Höchstens für 1 Person. Dafür ein sehr schönes Schwimmbad, was von 8-21.30 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sollte auf dem Prüstand
Die Feier am 31.12. war für uns enttäuschend. Pro Person haben wir dafür 80,-€ extra bezahlt. Der zugewiesene Platz war im Wintergarten, abseits des Geschehens, daraufhin haben 6 Personen umgehend die Veranstaltung verlassen, ich beschwerte mich bei der Chefin, ohne Erfolg.Das Essen und Getränke für solch eine Veranstaltung und zu diesem Preis war katastrophal. Schade das wir solch enttäuschenden Eindruck mit nach Hause nehmen mussten.

Vår bokning var missad trots bekräftelse. Men de löste det fint på en timme. Ena rummet hade dock blöt heltäckningsmatta o dagen efter var det ingen trevlig doft där inne. Vi bad om ett nytt rum o det fick vi. Så de löste det mycket fint för oss! Poolen var väldigt trevligt!

Wir verblieben für zwei Nächte. Eine Massage war uns leider nicht vergönnt, da alle Termine vergeben waren. Wir nutzten den Pool sowie den Whirlpool. Beide waren für unsere Zwecke okay. Mit den Betten (Schaumstoffmatratzen) konnten wir uns in zwei Nächten arrangieren. Ich als Hausstaubmilbenallergikerin hatte trotz Allergikerbettwäsche bereits in der ersten Nacht Schwierigkeiten. Das Buffet war täglich sättigend und abwechslungsreich. Der Service hier war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ich denke wir kommen nicht wieder.
Es gilt zu beachten das das Hotel aus 2 Häsern besteht. Wenn man also "Wellnessbehandlungen" bucht sollte man sich nicht nach Polaris 3 abwimmeln lassen. Die Häuser liegen nämlich nicht direkt nebeneinander. Zur Sauberkeit: dunkelgrauer Staub aus der Lüftung im Bad, nicht sehr lecker auf der Zahnbürste. Zum Komfort: die Betten sind sehr unbequem da es, zumindest in unseren Zimmer keine richtigen Matratzen gab. Eher nen 5cm dicker topper. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in einem guten Zustand. Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechlungsreich. Wenn man gegen 9:30uhr geht, gibt es kein Gedränge.

Polaris gebucht, im Polaris 3 untergebracht , 10-15 min Fußweg zum Haupthotel , wo sich der spa Bereich befand , was ungünstig ist wenn man die Info erst vor Ort bekommt, Leider war der Pool stark überchlort, Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend gewesen gute Auswahl

Lage des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nutzung des Schwimmbeckens war zu fast allen Zeiten möglich. Bemängeln müssen wir die Betten, in unserem Zimmer sehr durchgelegene Matratzen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Obst war leider nicht immer ausreichend für alle Gäste.

Wir haben für unseren Kurzurlaub dieses Hotel gebucht. Die Inneneinrichtung und Größe des Zimmers war vollkommen in Ordnung. Positiv ist die Nähe zum Strand zu erwähnen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel direkt in Strandnähe, Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Haus, Gaststätten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Wir hätten einen Kurzaufenthalt der uns sehr gut gefallen hat, WE haben das Hotel weiter empfohlen!
